On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed; upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds and a children’s room with a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave is separated from the open living and dining area by a counter. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fan, baby cot, high chair, shared toys and books for children, and a workspace. In the private garden, you can enjoy a barbecue, garden furniture, sun umbrella, and lounger, accessible through several doors from the living and dining area. The garden is screened from the quiet side street by a tall hedge. A private balcony and an open terrace are also available. You can park on the street, and a private charging station for electric cars is provided. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Parties are not permitted. The house is in a quiet residential area, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the town center nearby. Lake Constance is a 15-minute walk away. The nearby Mettnau peninsula is partly a nature reserve with beautiful hiking trails and a lakeside café.
